It takes about 10 minutes from beginning to end. I have tried several of the pre-marinated turkey tenderloin things (looks just like a pork tenderloin package, but it is turkey), and I was completely under. Whelmed with them. It was really, really good too, so even after we get back this may have to go into rotation. It's a little more rich that I prefer to cook currently, but with reduced fat ingredients, it really isn't so bad! Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops. 4 thick, center cut pork chops. 4 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb cheese. 4 tbs crumbled bacon pieces (see, yet another use for my handy-dandy bacon pieces). 1/2 c beef broth (or 1/2 c water and beef broth granules or beef bullion). 1/2 c red wine. McCormick's Montreal Chicken seasoning. Preheat oven to 375.

Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Last week we had Clay's school field trip to the Pumpkin Patch. It was Clay's first trip (and mine) to the Pumpkin Patch and he was SOOOO excited about it! Sunday, February 20, 2011. This weekend was GORGEOUS! We decided to take Clay to a playground at a nearby school to enjoy the "spring-like" weather. The last time I took pictures at this park Clay looked like this! He was almost a year old! He was bald and chubby and absolutely adorable! He couldn't do a whole lot - not even really able to walk on his own, but he had a blast! And look at how much he's changed! He loved the merry-go-round. And now. he's all over the playground! Thursday, July 28, 2011. 1st Dentist Trip and Mommy and Clay Day. Last Friday was Clay's first trip to the dentist! I was a little nervous as to how he'd react to someone trying to look at his teeth since he's not super-cooperative when I try to brush his teeth at night.
