Sobota, 8 lutego 2014. 8 lutego; "Let's stop existing and start living" MJ. 2 serki topione trójkątne. Ćwiczenia 1 h brzuszków, przysiadów, skakanki itp. Dzisiaj obudziłam się trochę późno. Wysprzątałam pół mieszkania i poszłam na zakupy. Później poczytałam trochę "Zmierzch" i oglądałam program o cheerleaderkach Awesomeness TV na YT :D Baaardzo fajny. Czwartek, 30 stycznia 2014. Znowu ostatnio nie miałam dostępu do laptopa. teraz będę raczej codziennie :). Przez dni, w które nie pisałam i dzisiaj jadłam raczej dużo objętościowo, ale rzeczy typu wafle ryżowe, płatki musli, jogurt naturalny i ryż z kurczakiem. Nie jadłam słodyczy, z czego jestem bardzo dumna. Przyszedł już czas, że mogę mieścić się w ograniczone bilanse. Planuję, że pod koniec ferii będę ważyć 2-3 kg mniej. Oby. Mam do Was pytanie.
