We did not awake to fluffy white snow.instead, along with cold temperatures, we got ice. However, you would have thought we had 15 feet of snow.the local stations reported on it ALL DAY! A Tot on the Texas Coast. Monday, January 31, 2011. Move Over Patty Duke. There are some new look-alike cousins in town! People always ask who we think Madelyn looks like. We get all different things from people.like me.like Sheldon.like both of us. Personally, I see both of us in her. HH. Recently said "I think she looks like you, but there is no doubt who her Daddy is" (and I should hope not! However, if I had to pick one person Madelyn looks the most like in baby pictures, I would say my cousin Katie.

A Tot on the Texas Coast. Saturday, December 4, 2010. Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree. Love the smell of a Christmas tree! Sheldon and I always pick out our tree together. However, M has a little cold so I didn't want to take her out in the chilly wind as we tromp around searching for the perfect tree. Sadly, for the first time, Sheldon went to get the tree alone. Christmas and am so looking forward to celebrating our first Christmas with Madelyn. Excuse the quality - it was taken on Sheldon's phone).

Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Corkill Family comes to Tyler. This past weekend, my Best Friend Marita, husband Nick and son Max came to visit us! The boys are 5 weeks apart and it was so fun seeing them together! I know as they get older it is just going to get even more fun! Like me and it was great having the boys on the same schedule! 12 Hours of sleep through the night and eating every 4 hours! We couldn't have happier babies! Thanks for such a fun weekend Corkill Family! And Colt 6 Months.

Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Weekend in League City. Friday I headed down to League City for a fun weekend with Gigi and Poppie! It was our first trip without Daddy. Colt did great on the way down there, but the ride back was a little rough. We stopped off in Kingwood to visit our buddy Max on the way down. It is so fun seeing the boys together! We then headed over to the galleria area to visit Nana! It was a relaxing weekend at Gigi and Poppie's. Amber and Kennedy (Colt is 1 week older than Kennedy).
