Happenings with Dom and Nan. Friday, May 29, 2009. Today Friday- Leukine Delivery and Home Health. We're waiting for Federal Express to deliver the LEUKINE. When that happens (prior to 4:30 pm), I'm to call Camillia Home Healthcare in Picayune, MS. They'll send a gal out to coach me again on the injection, and possibly set up some type of schedule to flush out his line. Today has been a busy day of making calls and trying to get organized. We had a great Mardi Gras. As I posted, Saturday was an absolute blast. Tuesday, it was just the two of us. lazy day watching the parades (and reports of many shootings on the St. Charles parade route), drinking beer and nibbling on snack foods all day. Happenings with Dom and Nan. Wednesday, January 28, 2009. I finally went to my new Rheumatogist yesterday. A nice, nice gal in Covington. Indian or Pakistani. really liked her. Dr Culasso had run blood work on me in August, and told me to get to a specialist. It had been 3 years. Got "kind of" good news. She said that my RH levels were sky-high (in August), and she was shocked that I wasn't in horrible pain. Thankfully/luckily, the Rheumatoid Arthritis still hasn't manifested itself. Although there are organized displays at both of our piers, the visitors on the beach put on the REAL SHOW. I can't even imagine how much these folks spend.and they try to out-do each other.
