The cookin' clucks are at it again. Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Saturday evening I got the itch to make the Young Women's presidency and advisors something for Easter. I pulled this recipe out and proceeded to make four loaves of this bread and six loaves of Almond Poppyseed bread. I wish now that I would have only made this, it's that good! Everyone I gave it to on Sunday raved about it! Even if you don't like coconut, it's okay, make it anyway because you can't really taste the coconut in it.

The cookin' clucks are at it again. Thursday, August 18, 2011. If you come to my house you WILL have waffles served to you for breakfast. I love them slightly crisp outside and tender inside. Light, not heavy. I love them hot off the griddle. I love making sure every hole is filled with melted butter. Surprising, I know! I love blueberries in them with warm buttermilk syrup drizzled over the top. AND whipped cream! Leisha gave me a flip waffle iron for Christmas. L-O-V-E, love it! Cade Wyman, our nephew.

The cookin' clucks are at it again. Sunday, September 28, 2008. This has been the jam project for the year, ha! This is my first attempt at cooked jam, I usually just stick to freezer. This jam is easy, fast and most importantly.good! Thanks Anna for getting the recipe and Trina for sharing it! 7 cups mashed peaches (I mashed them pretty fine and then they cooked down too). 2-10oz packages raspberries (so about 20 oz-almost 3 cups) I used 3 full cups of fresh berries. Mix peaches, raspberries, and sugar.

Wednesday, March 28, 2012. 26 weeks and 1 day! Other then that, the baby is pretty active and the boys still love him already and can't wait for him to get here. I've been dealing with this back pain in my tail bone I had with Winston and had physical therapy for, but my insurance doesn't cover physical therapy this time. My doctor starts seeing her patients every two weeks at 28 weeks, so since I'm already 26 weeks, she wants me to just start coming in every two weeks from now! Then Malcolm and Quinn.
