Wednesday, March 24. After one of our few trips to the animal shelter we decided that we wanted to try to help one of these homeless animals. Just a couple of hours for the adoption but with this project your in for the long haul :). How Much it Cost:. 110 for the adoption and license. Would We Do It Again? Http:/ www.adoptapet.com/. giving stream: Project 14

http://givingstream.blogspot.com/2010/01/project-14.html

Thursday, January 14. RECYCLE KIDS ART PROJECTS. Recycle Kids Art Projects Into Children's Hospital Greeting Cards. Oh, what to do with those wonderfully artistic pictures that you don't want to throw away but - wow - how many can you save? With three little kids we have a large stash. So this idea is one of my new favorites. We transformed 4 paintings into 10 colorful greeting cards for children in the hospital. I wrote "inspiring" messages. How Long it Took:. How Much it Cost:. Would We Do It Again?

http://givingstream.blogspot.com/2010/05/project-20.html

Tuesday, May 4. EARTH DAY- GIVE A TREE. A tree is one of the classic Earth Day projects so we came up with this project that could help encourage others to celebrate Mother Earth by growing something. We have some very large Coast Live Oaks growing by our house. Acorns have produced many seedlings this year. The seedlings wouldn't have survived the gardeners whacker much longer so we re-potted about 16 Oak seedlings into. How Long it Took:. How Much it Cost:. Would We Do It Again? This is a place to shar...

Porterhouse: Cruise Pics...

http://ourporterhouse.blogspot.com/2009/12/cruise-pics.html

Sunday, December 6, 2009. We went on a cruise for our 10 year anniversary. We had a blast! It was a long overdue getaway. Here are a couple pics. Thanks Dad, for letting Bryan borrow this "cool" cruise shirt that he kept trying to wear! I will get even somehow. We snorkled right out here (Lovers Beach in Cabo). It was so amazing! Cruises are so much fun! And congrats on another girl! Now it will even out. December 7, 2009 at 7:41 AM. Looks like so much fun! December 7, 2009 at 9:48 AM. We are just finish...

Porterhouse: September 2009

http://ourporterhouse.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html

Wednesday, September 30, 2009. The word is out that we are expecting another baby in April! We had so much fun telling the boys. They were so excited. I am feeling pretty nervous about adding another to the brood and wondering how I am going to keep up with one more! Moms should have been born with 4 hands. I think my excitement level will go up quite a bit as soon as the nausea passes! Right now, I'm just tired of feeling sick! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Friend and Family Blogs. Tuesday, March 9, 2010. I am having a great time tricking Bryan that I am posting some. Pictures of him on here. He is all wound up, and I am having a great laugh. When actually, sorry to disappoint, but all you are going to see is a couple of pics that I have actually managed to take latley. I have been terrible about remembering to take my camera with me! Playing in the backyard. A little backyard football with some buddies. We're just having fun! Now if I could only get them to play like this during t...

Tuesday, October 20, 2009. A bunch of random pics from over the summer. Boating/Jet skiing in Idaho with my cute cousins. Carsons first day of Kindergarten. Seriously, how does a girl wake up with this bad of bed head? We made a big mud pit in the backyard under the deck. What a fun MESS! Coles first day of 1st grade. Demolition Derby in Preston. The boys LOVED it. They even went down on the field and joined in on the dance contest. We spent the day checking out some of the Waterfalls in the area.

http://ourporterhouse.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html

Wednesday, July 29, 2009. I can't believe it. He will be starting Kindergarten this year! Whenever I asked him what he wanted for his birthday the only thing he would say was he wanted me to make him a "majora's mask" cake. It is something off of the game Zelda for those of you, who like me said, what in the world is majoras mask! I tried my best to sway this idea to something else, but he was adamant! Thursday, July 16, 2009. I am feeling very "homesick" today for our life in California! We are just fin...

Porterhouse: Girls Camp

http://ourporterhouse.blogspot.com/2012/08/girls-camp.html

Monday, August 6, 2012. Our Girls Camp theme this year was "Write your own story". I made each of the girls a journal for one of their pillow gifts. I thought since I have already done the work, I might as well share! I have all the quotes that I used saved, just leave me a message and I can forward them to you, and send you the links where I found them. Hope your YW girls love them too! Inside the envelope was a letter from their parents. Journal prompts for Building character. Friend and Family Blogs.

Tuesday, June 23, 2009. What a crazy, exciting week for our family! Bryan graduated Dental school! Somehow in the middle of all of the celebration and saying good-byes we had to find the time to pack up our apartment to move the next day. We ended up sending the moving trailer home with all of our belongings except for a couple airbeds and a suitcase. (Thanks Dad for all your help! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). But we love you all and want to keep you updated so I'll give it my best shot!

Porterhouse: April 2010

http://ourporterhouse.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html

Friday, April 9, 2010. With only a couple weeks left to go I am having such mixed emotions. I am scared of the actual Labor, scared to think of how in the world I am going to have a 2 year old and a newborn plus 2 boys that are at each other all day long (school being out soon should bring even more action around this house)! I look at all these "supermoms" that are doing it and make it look so effortless, and I just cross my fingers that some how I'll. The next few months, let alone be doing it "super"!
