An Endlessly Changing Horizon: Indigenous Sunday
http://ashleyecameron.blogspot.com/2013/10/indigenous-sunday.html
Be a Part of the Journey. Tuesday, October 15, 2013. I know last week I posted. About finding a home parish. Nonetheless while I was having coffee with Fr. D’Abugao after helping with preschool, he invited me to attend their Indigenous Sunday service that coming Sunday at St. Stephen’s. There was a promise of gongs and native dance. How could I refuse? I’m still fine tuning my movie-making skills, so no judgment. Here’s a little video montage to give you a feel what it was like to be at t...Subscribe to:...

An Endlessly Changing Horizon: A rainy, cool Baguio
http://ashleyecameron.blogspot.com/2013/09/a-rainy-cool-baguio.html
Be a Part of the Journey. Thursday, September 19, 2013. A rainy, cool Baguio. Known as “The Summer Capital of the Philippines,” Baguio sits up in the pine-clad mountains of the Codillera region. The nickname comes from the migration of people, even the president, to the city trying to escape the heat of the humid summer months in the rest of the Philippines. Unfortunately for me, it’s still the rainy season and it showed in Baguio last weekend. Driving through the mountains. My first impression of Baguio...

An Endlessly Changing Horizon: Super Typhoon Haiyan

Be a Part of the Journey. Thursday, November 7, 2013. Hey readers, friends, and family! There's been much concern over my safety and the safety of the other YASCers as Super Typhoon Haiyan. I'm happy to say that we are all on the Northern Island of Luzon. Below is a map with an arrow of where I am versus the trajectory of the storm. While my weekend plans have been rained out, I will be safe! 8212; Holy Women, Holy Men: Celebrating the Saints (Church Publishing: New York), page 733. A rainy, cool Baguio.

CSPs are now too expensive for this Scouter to trade - Boy Scouts of the World, UNITE!
http://boy-scouts.livejournal.com/62155.html
Sat, Jul. 24th, 2010, 10:52 am. CSPs are now too expensive for this Scouter to trade. Cross-posted to my own journal and to other scouting-related blogs I'm subscribed to. How does BSA National come-up with their current Council Shoulder Patch (CSP) pricing scheme? Crests to my Canadian Scouting friends). Why am I asking? These are two of the most expensive CSPs in the council scout shop, which is run by national. Some of the others run as low as $2.50. There’s no logic here. Why do I think that? Prices ...
