Clubs at the hall. Although a lot of the maintenance on the hall and grounds is done by volunteers (and a local plumber at a very favourable rate! The cost of running the hall amounts to several thousand pounds every year. To fund these expenses the hall is available for hire (see the contacts, bookings page) but also a significant amount is raised by fundraising events like the Hostess evenings, the Fairy Forest, Tea in the Park and various raffles.
