Please join us at Mercato Restaurant for a special cooking session to learn to create gnocchi and other delicious Italian foods, taught by the “Italian Mamas” and Spencer, the head chef! In spring of 2005, several members of the Urology community in Calgary, Alberta expressed an interest in traveling to the West Bank and Gaza to assist the medical professionals in their field and provide services to the Palestinian population. It was determined that given the current situation in the region it would be advisable to do a pre-site visit, establish contacts and then determine the viability of such an initiative.
