It never fails to amaze me how an accomplished author, painter, musician, sculptor, or poet can touch a minute of their life and connect with mine. This is a real treasure! Elaine Mintzer was born in Los Angeles. She received a BA in Creative Writing from UCLA and an MS in Education from USC. Her work has been anthologized in. 13 Los Angeles Poets. Ms Mintzer wrote poetry for, and read with, the performances of the dance company Ballet Randolph in Miami Beach. She lives with her family in Manhattan Beach, CA and teaches at a nearby high school.
