Wednesday, August 20, 2014. My First 50 Miler: Wildcat Ridge Romp - by Annie Rorem. A cursory glance at the elevation profile suggested that this race, a series of loops around a 10 mile course, wouldn’t pose the same challenges as MMTR. Time I passed these landmarks would be the last. Too good to be true.

CAT veteran Bob Clouston will head to Raleigh, NC this week for Saturday's running of the 21st Umstead 100-Mile Endurance Run. He will be traveling with a CAT crew made up of Marc Griffin and Christian Dahlhausen. Which is a great read for those of us that might prep one day for a 100-miler. Big shout out to Bob.Good luck!
