Thursday, February 21, 2008. Did You Leave The Country? I'm sure that's what some of you were probably thinking. it's been so long since I posted anything. Well, the answer is.YES, as a matter of fact, I did leave the country! We just got back from a trip to Egypt and Jordan (you can see lots of pictures here. If you haven't already). I'm still playing catch-up with my housework, but I thought I better take a quick break to post here. Keeping to a strict diet is really, really hard when you're traveling!

Thursday, October 2, 2008. Sorry I haven't been posting here lately. I don't seem to have anything worth saying. I have been staying the same with my weight, which is better than gaining. I thought I'd come out of the shadows to post a recipe I tried for Banana Bread. With autumn here it brings on cravings for some yummy baked goods, and this really hit the spot for me. It is whole wheat and sugar-free, but of course still has plenty of carbs, so don't go overboard! Whole Wheat, Sugar-Free Banana Bread.
