Simply place the spinach leaves on your plate. Top with the quinoa, crumbled feta, mint leaves and petit pois. Dress with the lemon juice and a good slug of olive oil. Baobab – their products are all beautifully packaged and their ingredients are completely natural (you can find them in good health food shops such as Whole Foods and Planet Organic). This smoothie is such an easy way to give yourself a Baobab boost. It takes a few minutes to whip up, gives you a brilliant dose of superfoods and tastes divine. 1/2 cup of almond milk. 2 teaspoons of Baobab. 2 tablespoons of oats. 1 cup of raspberries.

May 3, 2015. May 3, 2015. Crunchy Hazelnut and Almond Granola. I use maple syrup as, unlike processed sugar, it contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Although it’s still a form of sugar, it’s completely natural and won’t spike your blood sugar levels in the same way that white sugar will. (It’s really important to make sure that you buy pure maple syrup rather than anything ‘maple syrup flavoured’ though.). Makes enough for 1 big jar. 45g roughly chopped almonds. 45g roughly chopped hazelnuts.
