Lucinda – My Journey. It is always tempting to cheat; especially when you get home at five pm and have no desire to cook. Happily, I resisted temptation and created a delicious dinner. A salmon burger on a bed of garlic sauteed spinach with a mustard sauce. Sounds fancy… it wasn’t. The burger was frozen as was the spinach and garlic.
