November 30, 2014. Not everyone has the time to make everything from scratch. One of my favorite things to do is to buy a healthy canned soup and customize it with my own additions. Here, I have Amy’s Split Pea Soup and I have added grilled leeks (the frozen kind already cut up from Trader Joe’s) and bacon (also from Trader Joe’s). Oh jeez, where have I been? November 23, 2014.
