DO NOT feed the back packer! A diary of my interests, my travels and my quest to find good Gluten Free food! Buying a car in Australia. We then decided a 4 wheel drive would be better than a camper, in case we get stuck or encounter many of Australia’s chicken playing native species. So it was time to panic, there’s no where to park where we work or live and we were sure to get a fine. We had 14 days to register the vehicle before we had to have further rigorous tests on it, so off to the RTA we went.

About Me and My Blog. Thursday, 6 March 2014. Pancake Day, Shrove Tuesday, is the one day of the year we're guaranteed to make pancakes. This Pancake Day was no different! I made my mum's tried and tested recipe for scotch pancakes. I used gluten free white mix but self raising flour would do the job too! These scotch pancakes are delicious with sugar and lemon (Lizzie's preference) or with golden syrup (Dougie's favourite). Personally I prefer my scotch pancakes cold with butter! Join me on Facebook!
