The Young Family: Something New I Learned
http://young-tasha.blogspot.com/2015/04/something-new-i-learned.html
Something New I Learned. It is something that I have wanted to learn how to do, but just never got around to it, until this past week. I try not to buy too many store bought canned goods and wanted a different alternative. My mother -n- law graciously offered to teach my how. It was a fun learning process and I think I could do it again by myself. We decided to go with green beans because they were pretty easy. My cute, little helper. Getting them ready for the water bath. Our green beans :). A Dollop of...

The Young Family: Weeds
http://young-tasha.blogspot.com/2015/04/weeds.html
Do you have any weeds in your life? This afternoon, Carson wanted to help me plant some flowers that I had gotten earlier today. The weeds by our mailbox were getting out of hand and it looked so ugly. While we were getting the soil ready for the new plants I told him that we all have weeds in our heart. Weeds being sin. After all the weeds were pulled up we had nice, clean dirt. I told him that if we ask Jesus to forgive us of our sins then our hearts look clean like the dirt. 4/22/15, 5:55 PM. December...

Wednesday, January 22, 2014. House Projects: One Year Update. It's been so fun. I can't believe how many projects we've started (and mostly completed). We bought a "move in ready" home, and yet we are always working on something on the house. Tom's collection of tools in the garage has greatly increased. Here. Is our post on the house projects from a year ago. We have a lot more on our list, and I can't wait to see what else we can accomplish during year two! Added love seat, moved ottoman upstairs.
