How much training do I need to do? How far do I need to be able to swim? How many people swim in the group? I have a friend who likes the idea of outdoor swimming but has not done much and is pretty nervous. They are worried that they might upset the group if they only want to be in for a quick dip. Do I need to bring my ducky arm bands? I'm not a great swimmer, I'm not sure this is for me. Do I have to be a really fast swimmer? Can my non-swimming companion come along? I'm a picky eater, will I starve?
