November 19, 2013. Celebrated our 8 year anniversary on July 1st! 4th of July in Caldwell, ID with the Rodebush Family. Pretty decent parade for a small town! They also had a camel. Ready for our first attempt at big fireworks. Savannah was in heaven! Sophie was a little unsure about how loud everything was. May 20, 2014. Preschool field trip to the fire station! Sophie has been obsessed with all big trucks and was so excited to see a real fire truck. The kids were very impressed with the firemen-especially when they suited up. Preschool class with siblings :). Jayson and I went to the Imagine Dragons concert with some friends. February 4, 2014. Savannah has been taking a dance class and just loves it! She loves to show us all what she has learned. I was quite impressed she could do this! I am officially an Idahoan! My friend taught a few of us how to make spudnuts. They were divine! I love that the girls get leg rides on their dad. I remember doing the same thing when I was little! So fun to go to the So You Think You Can Dance concert with these gals. We sure know how to party. I love to watching what they will come up with.

October 22, 2012. This girls is at an absolutely darling age. I could just eat her up every day! She still has her baby chub, but thinks she is as big as her sister, so she runs after Savannah with her jiggling cheeks and chubby thighs. We can't believe she is getting so big/old. She is just such a baby to me. Although this age is hard, I am just really trying to enjoy every minute of her, because I know it won't last forever. Or she will just march upstairs to her room and wake her up. Weight: 26 lbs 87%.

September 22, 2012. We have thoroughly enjoyed our second summer here in Boise. Swimming in the pool. Warming up on the cement. While Jayson was away for a CE course, Savannah and I headed out on a big girl date night to the Circus with our friends Brooke and Owen. Sophie got to play with cousin Taylie, and was supposed to be put to bed,. But was being so cute she was awake at 10pm when I came to pick her up :). Cute sisters getting dressed up for a friend's birthday party. Oh how I love this baby girl!

January 28, 2014. One Sunday after church Sophie took her usual 2 hour nap, then after being awake for only 30 minutes she fell asleep again while snuggling me. The girls showed daddy around the aquarium for his first time and then talked him into. We love going to the dollar movies! I can't believe my baby doll is big enough to go to preschool! Daddy has late mornings on Tuesday and Wednesday so he can take Savannah to school, which is extra special. My mom had fun trying on Jessica's hair extensions :).

February 23, 2013. As I looked at the table I set for Valentine's Day breakfast I laughed a little to myself and thought. I am my mother". June 27, 2012. To Utah for a Wedding. Bridal shower for the Bride-to-be. Carolyn, Grandma Katie, and my aunt Claudia. Using grandma's special china. May 10, 2012. While in dental school Jayson and I dreamed of being able to go on a "graduation trip" when he completed school. November 10, 2012. Boise Temple Open House. So fun to have Mimi, Poppi, Stephen, Courtney and Eloise come to visit us for a weekend! Sophie was obsessed with Mimi and I am pretty sure that baby never walked- she was carried everywhere (which is no easy task). Savannah loved having a dress up buddy in Eloise and they tried on all of Savannah's "beautiful" dresses and costumes. The boys went golfing and the girls went to dinner. All in all a great, but too short, weekend. Just love this little family!
