There's a small parking lot next to it and an area with flower beds and what I would guess is an old crane-like weighing scale from when there must have been a market there. I'm fairly certain there's an alternate reality out there where I am a paleontologist instead of an artist. Or maybe both. Settling on a favourite dinosaur was tricky, though.
