Monday, July 14, 2014. Book review: child of mine. By David and Beverly Lewis. In case you hadn't noticed, I like Beverly Lewis books. :) I've also read at least one of David Lewis' books, so it was interesting to read this book, the second that they've co-authored. It does have an Amish character who is central to the story, but it is not a "Amish" story. Will Jack lose this little girl that's become his whole life? Will Kelly finally find the daughter she lost as an infant? And who IS Laura, anyway?
