ES2007S Professional Communication: Final Reflection
http://sherinetiew.blogspot.com/2008/11/final-reflection.html
Sunday, November 16, 2008. Time sure passes fast, we are now at the end of the course! Well, looking back, I was expecting quite a lot from this course, and admittedly I learned more on the written aspect than anything else, so no complains there. I remember the first things we learned in the course were active listening, nonverbal cues, resolving conflicts, intercultural communication and more, since these were more fundamentally important, considering the fact that we communicate with people every day.

ES2007S Professional Communication: Intercultural Communication
http://jaymieblogs.blogspot.com/2008/09/intercultural-communication.html
