我校研究生修读课程之前必须进行网上选课，可通过任何一台联接校园网的计算机登录研究生院研究生网络信息平台的选课系统 网址: http:/ yjs.ustc.edu.cn. 9月11日8:00 - 9月11日18:00 抽签由系统自动完成，抽签阶段不允许选课、退课操作. 在某课程开始授课三周内，研究生若需退课，须填写 研究生课程退选单 研究生院主页培养文档中下载 ，经导师、院 系 、室主任批准，至培养评估办办理有关退课手续 课程开始授课三周后，研究生即不得以科研任务重、修课难度大、被派出差、课程冲突等理由退课。 4、本学期公共英语课开设一门基础英语 研究生综合英语 ，三门应用英语 日常交流英语 、 学术交流英语 、 科技论文写作 共四门课，硕士生在毕业前须取得一门综合英语和一门应用英语成绩，统考博士须取得 科技论文写作 成绩，硕博连读学生须取得 研究生综合英语 、 科技论文写作 和一门其他应用英语。 6、 研究生综合英语 实行自主学习加课堂答疑的上课方式，详情查看 研究生综合英语选课须知.

本办法适用于普通高等学校 含学历教育的民办高等学校 、中等职业学校、承担研究生教育任务的科学研究机构 以下简称科研机构 、军事院校和中学小学在校就读，家庭居住地和学校不在同一城市，没有工资收入的学生。 普通高等学校、中等职业学校、科研机构、军事院校在校学生凭注明乘车区间、加盖学校公章、贴有火车票电子优惠卡 以下称优惠卡 的学生证，中小学生凭学生证及学校书面证明每年可购买四次家庭居住地到学校的往返火车硬座半价客票、加快票和空调票 简称学生票或学生往返票 动车组列车只售二等座车学生票，学生票为全价票的75。 学生往返票集中办理时间为 6月25日至7月5日 学生在学校所在地车站自行购买返程车票 返校 时间为 7月6日至7月30日。 集中办理期限 乘车日期 学生往程票为 7月1日至7月20日、学生返程票为 8月20日至9月10日。 学生往返票集中办理时间原则为 放假前20至10天 学生在学校所在地车站自行购买返程车票 返校 时间为 放假前9 天至放假后5 天。 附件一 使用 学生购票优惠卡 须知. 2、每学年由学校运用所配读卡设备对 学生购票优惠卡 充值一次 每学年可乘四次.
