Wednesday, September 16, 2009. I had so much fun with Myspace I thought I'd try this. With help from Kera [she and Korbin surprised everyone by coming 2 weeks early :-) ] my Blog is ready so here I go. For now all is going relatively smoothly. Everyone is healthy. No more sickness or trips to the ER for a very long time. Ambers trip to the hospital was enough to last for ever! Next week is my 1st surgery. After almost a year it seems as if we may finally be ready to fix things (I hope). One of my Loves.

This dip tastes even better than a Reuben Sandwich! 4 (2 to 2½ oz) packages deli corned beef, finely chopped. 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed. 1 cup sour cream. 1 (8 oz) can sauerkraut, well drained. 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese.
