Rates are based on a minimum two night stay (single night bookings will attract a cleaning surcharge). To secure a booking, full payment is required within 5 business days from the booking request. 195 a night for a couple only. Extra adults (above 2 adults) $40 each per night. Total occupancy of 4. Negotiable rates for long stays (dependent on length of time and time of year). 230 per night for a couple. 10am unless by arrangement (we are flexible where feasible).
