I have splurged in the last week, but it seems to be leveling off somewhat and reducing. Another loss this week. 797kg, a loss of 900 grams since last week. Here are my Thursday weigh-ins so far. 7th May 82.1kg. 14th May 81.7kg. 21st May 80.9kg. 28th May 80.625kg. 4th Jun 80.617kg. You'll notice that I lost only 8 grams in the last week! The unruly darlings of public sociology. Misfortunes highlight how lucky i am. Husband broke his foot on Sunday. Not playing hockey, but having brunch. Unfortunate. We went to the urgent care clinic, which is free (fortunately), because we live in Canada (fortunately), because I got a tenure-track job here (fortunately). Another issue is sugar, I'm eating it every day at the moment, yes that's not a good thing to do when you're trying to lose weight. I've gone back to the doctor for a repeat prescription of mirtazapine. I'm pretty sure that it's not going to do any good, but I really want to give it a proper go before stopping. Here's how to get your facebook news feed to show up in order of posting, not by importance. As an added bonus you get rid of the crawl. 1) Click on More next to the Lists label on the left rail. 2) Click the Create a list button. Try to resist the urge to subscribe to Jessica Alba. 3) Name your list whatever you like. 7) Bookmark the page. Worked like a charm. Thanks!
