Wendy Jones - Artist Profile. Brought up and educated in Cumbria and the Northeast, Wendy specialised in Art while studying in Durham to be a secondary school teacher. After gaining a Distinction, she spent a year in London at Camberwell School of Art. After qualifying, Wendy soon moved into primary education, eventually becoming a Head Teacher and gaining a MA. Nevertheless she continued to paint and develop her distinctive styles.
