Sunday, March 14, 2010. 重夺失去9年的全辩冠军，说没有兴奋，谁信？不是没有尝过坐在台下看着台上的马大队夺冠，可是这次的心情少了几分激动。 11年前最后一次拿下全辩冠军，之后两次与冠军盾擦肩而过、两次摸不到决赛的门，屡战屡败、屡败屡战，长久的努力终于在今晚收成，照理说应该激动万分才对，可是出乎意料的，我的兴奋包含在平静之中。 13年前，全辩最后一次在DTC上演决赛，今晚的“回归”，早让我心有戚戚焉。 15年前，马大最后一次在DTC捧起全辩冠军盾时，我也在台上。今晚，我在台上看到了自己当年的身影。这是支留着同样血液的队伍，15年了，或许更久，这血液还是一样的热，或许更热了！ 是怎样的力量，凝聚着这一支队伍、延续着队伍的精神？是求取胜利吗？若是，这队伍早在连续获得胜利或连续经历失败后，散了。 看着台上的辩手，想着这一路走来的跌宕起伏，心醉了，那还能激动起来？ Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 再过几天就是独立日了，虽然人们习惯把8月31日称为国庆日，不过从我国的建国历史来看，把8月31日称为独立日、9月16日称为国庆日，是更正确和妥当的说法。毕竟，国庆日的“国”指的应该是成立于1963年9月16日的马来西亚，而非独立于1957年8月31日的马来亚。 当然，本文的重点不在于此。欢庆独立日也好，喜迎国庆日也罢，热热闹闹之余，静下来思考这节庆的意义，可以说是另类的庆祝方式。 曾子说过：“吾日三省吾身：为人谋而不忠乎？与朋友交而不信乎？传不习乎？”（《论语•学而》）。这本是句关于个人修养的名言，但是放诸于国家的角度，未尝不能为我们提供另一个思考的角度。 首先，“为人谋而不忠乎？”本是说替他人办事是否尽心尽力。每个人尽心尽力地办事，不正是国家进步的动力吗？若把国家看作一个系统，每个人、每个机构就是这个系统的部件。当每个部件都正常并且符合规格地运作，这个系统出现故障的可能性将大大地降低。 学习型国家的要素在于对人力资本的重视，而人力资本则体现于智力、体质、知识技能和道德。省思一下，我们对于国民智力的提升、体质的锻炼...极权社会里 ，有所谓的官方喉舌媒体，传达统一的官方...在如此的前提下A...

Sunday, March 22, 2015. 朋友说还好在百忙之中出席的饭局食物都异常美味，那餐不好吃的幸亏没到，我说那餐才好吃啊！她说可是出席的人都说不好吃！然后我说了很阴公的话，我说我们就喜欢这种家乡式的，那种高贵的我们吃到怕啊！另一个朋友接着说：这种话会给人家打啊！啊，是的，听在别人眼里，的确很欠打。 不是要炫耀，什么高级食物如一般人认知的鲍鱼龙虾鹅肝名牌牛扒鱼子酱，新年必吃的干贝海参蚝花菇，还有一堆不知名（我是说我叫不出名）的贵鱼、螃蟹和虾，以及普通的鳕鱼三文鱼Tuna等，就连一颗鱼丸就价值马币20的也打包过回家好几十颗。还有，去人家的开放门户前菜是一人一碗燕窝也试过。对不起，真的不是在炫耀，这些都是人家请吃的。中餐西餐当然还有各种餐，让我们掀起在家必须吃得更清淡的念头。尤其是新年，一听到人家请吃有时候会脚软。 现在，肠胃不停抗议以后，我坚持一定要在家煮食，一定要回归我的eat to live 的生活方式。很快的，真的瘦了下来。有人问：你这种吃法有营养吗？如果真是如他们所说的R...所以，很抱歉，下次如果再不小心地口不遮拦地说，我喜欢家庭式的做法...开始懂得咀嚼这句话的意思ᦁ...

Sunday, May 17, 2015. 当然，我不是要听这个众人皆知的论点：老板是公司持有人，上司不是。 我说，老板讲究的是效率与效益。凡事对公司有利益的事，老板不惜任何代价在所必行。老板着重的是速度和进度，以最快捷最有效的方式达到目的。 而上司，则不是。上司执行任务或做管理决策时，有太多的私人情绪在里头。明明可以最不浪费时间最有效率的方式去执行，他们或许偏偏绕道而行。 为何？他们可能想特地为难员工，让员工花更多时间或力气去完成某件事。再问为何？有种东西叫嫉妒或厌恶。嫉妒下属名利双收，厌恶下属没有阿谀谄媚。 这些面目可憎的下属，当然要给他们多一些磨难。哼，你想用最快捷的方式完成任务，我偏不依，外人给我们添麻烦来了，好，我不责怪外人，就让你负责收拾外人的苏州屎吧！ 老板会这样小家吗？一般不会。老板在意的是挣钱，花了钞票雇佣员工，当然要“物尽其用”，怎么会让员工花冤枉时间呢？这是多么没有productive 的事。 老板虽然难服侍，但我宁愿跟随老板而不是上司。小公司当然有这个机会，大集团？你只有被上司蹂躏了。 呼吸的747 @ 747 is breathing. 首先恭贺马大华文学会成功举办第11届全国大专辩论会（全辩），同时也要感谢筹委会的努力、各参赛大专的配合，以及马大校方及社会各界人士的支持，使这项赛会得以顺利地举行。 今年，全辩步入了第20个年头。这20年来，数以百计的大专生参加了11届的赛会。翻看全辩的档案，不难发觉当年的一些参赛者，如今已成为国内各领域的翘楚。他们或锋芒毕露，或默默耕耘。全辩或许是他们大专生涯中的一段小插曲，但我想它是一串美丽的音符。主办当局不妨让这些前辩手现身说法，来一个“温故知新”。 20年来，大专辩论比赛逐渐走向普及。从过往数年一次的精英式活动，到如今一年数次的大型赛会。辩论比赛的普及，让普罗大众有了更多接触辩论比赛的机会。虽然说辩论比赛带有表演的性质，但我希望辩论比赛普及化的影响，不是停留在它“表演”的层次上，而是突出它的“教育”功能。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
