I can not believe he is three, but it feels like he has been part of our family for even longer. His birthday had a bit more meaning this year, because I had been so scared he might not make it when we were in the hospital. We love him so much and are so grateful to have him in our family. It's the day before Christmas Eve and instead of blogging about the show I was in ("A Christmas Carol") or the fact I miss my family and am all alone in Washington, I am going to share with you a true story that happened this evening in an attempt for sympathy. Oh, I’m so sorry about your oven mitt. My wife felt the same when we had to dispose of ours because of old age. Anyway, glad to hear that the damage was not that serious.
