Well I meant to post this yesterday, but again I find myself awake at 3am and I am embarssed to list what I ate - but very happy as well. Future M.I.L.F. Hopeful. Friday, 19 January 2007. I have had a couple very good days. Ate well and was quite active. My cravings for the moment (knock on wood) seem to be lessening. I weighed my self and am down just under 2 lbs, although that might just be regular fluctuation rather than real loss of weight. Only had one cup of tea all day and then one at night - with only one small spoon of sugar each. Had ony 2 slices of bread but might have spoilt it all by having spaghetti for dinner.
