March 30, 2017. 1/2 cup all purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 10 tbsp melted butter. 2 tsp vanilla extract or essence. 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips. Icecream scoop and almonds to top on it. Preheat the waffle maker. Take a large bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. Melt the butter and set it aside to cool a little. Serve them hot with cold Icecream topped up of your choice with some nuts and chocolate sauce.

A gorgeous mixture of ginger ale combined with pomegranate juice along with lemon juice and sugar gives a refreshing feel to the taste buds. A summer drink you cannot miss. Ginger Ale to Top Off. Lemon Wedge to Garnish. In a tall glass, thoroughly mix pomegranate juice and sugar. Add ice to the glass. Pour over the lemon Juice. Top off with Ginger Ale. Garnish with the lemon wedge and serve.

March 30, 2017. As the name suggests, it’s pretty old fashioned and does not involve a lot of work. The simplest cocktail to make and a delight for the taste buds. Popular amongst the whiskey lovers, this cocktail never disappoints. 60ml Scotch Whiskey/ Blended Scotch Whiskey. 1 dash Angostura Bitter. Place the sugar in a glass and to it add a dash of angostura bitters. Muddle both until the sugar is completely dissolved. Fill the glass with Ice. Pour over the whiskey slowly. Long Island Ice Tea.

March 30, 2017. 500 gms Lamb Mince. 1 Carrot Finely Chopped. 1 Bell Pepper Roasted and Chopped. 80 gms Celery Chopped. 3 Cloves Garlic Chopped. 100 gms Fresh Bread Crumbs. 100 gms Grated Cheddar. 2 Red Chillies Chopped. 1 bunch parsley Chopped. Your choice of bread. In a bowl, add the lamb mince, eggs, chopped parsley, bread crumbs, grated cheddar, drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and mix well. Set aside.
