We drove up past the “No Unauthorised Vehicles Beyond This Point” signs to the car park (! Braving the war dogs, special forces, land mines, man traps, armed drones and rude signs (there were none of these by the way), we huddled down behind the corrugated walls where it was almost warm for a short lunchtime.

Monday, August 29, 2011. 2 bowl steam rice - cooled. 3 tablespoon mix vegetables. 2 cloves garlic - chopped. 1 tablespoon light soya sauce. 3 tablespoon cooking oil. 3 tablespoon sambal chilli. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 Marinate prawns with salt and pepper. 2 Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in pan. Fry garlic till fragrant. 3 Add prawns and fry briefly. Add mix vegetables and sambal chilli. Fry for a minute. 4 Add rice and light soya sauce. Stir-fry evenly. 8 Garnish with fried shallots. Friday, March 11, 2011.
