I just heard about the paleo, or paleolithic, or “caveman” diet. I will be doing more reading to see if that is something that makes sense to me as a long-term shift in eating habits. Taking on a new shape. Literally, the year of 2013 has taken a bite out of me! See, I too have peaks and valleys although sometimes I feel like those peaks are way to high to reach and those valleys are far too deep to climb out of.
