Tuesday, April 1, 2014. I know it has been a long time since I posted. Things have been really crazy this year. School has been fun and exciting. There is always something new to keep me on my toes. We are on the downward slide for the school year. We have about 40 some days left. I can't believe it has gone so fast. The boys had their Blue and Gold Banquet a few weeks ago. Andrew earned his Wolf badge and Jonathan earned his Weblos badge. They both really enjoy scouting. Posted by C Westwater.

Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Cub Scout Family Campout. The end of the school year means time for the cub scout family campout. This year we were lucky because we could not of asked for better weather. It was absolutely beautiful. We camped out at Union Grove lake. Many of our scouts and their families were there and had a great time. The cub scouts helped with the fire and with cooking the food. Saturday, March 31, 2012. Andrew had cowboy day at school awhile ago and really enjoyed being a cowboy for the day. His horse he made at school. He named it red. Thursday, July 26, 2012. Ants Vs. Grasshoppers. They do look good and I am sure will taste good as well. It is always a nice feeling though when I am done being and ant and can sit down and be a grasshopper. Although maybe I am still being a ant because they had fun after their work was done. Things have gone smoothly so far and hopefully they are starting to look forward to the rest of the year. Friday, October 26, 2012. Don't my guys look great in uniform! Posted by C Westwater. Greg and Madison are doing Lego League again this year. Lego League is a competition using Lego Mindstorm robotics. Greg had his dad's set of mindstorms at home and was playing with them. He built a scorpion. Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Reiman gardens also had a display of Lego creations. I am just amazed at what can be done with Legos. They also had a display of bird houses from people all over the state. Madison had a lot of fun spending time with her dad. Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Our Vegetable Soup is Still Growing. Our tomatoes and peppers are doing well. The tomatoes have lots of blossoms and are growing lots of green tomatoes. I can't wait until they ripen. The peppers are producing as well. I am just waiting for them to ripen. I planted red peppers this year and right now I have three small green peppers.
