Nachdem wir in Napier kein Glueck bei der Suche nach Arbeit hatten, das Wetter schlecht und das Hostel noch viel schlechter war, haben wir mal im Internet geschaut, wo denn Petrus momentan etwas gnaediger mit der Menschheit ist. Monday, April 24, 2006. 2 Woche in Kerikeri. Da wir immer noch in den Klauen von Kerifresh gefangen sind, ist unser Arbeitsalltag nicht gerade spannend. Aber auch hier gibt es Ostern und so haben wir den freien Ostermontag genutzt um mal wieder auszuschlafen, ein ausgiebiges Fruehstueck zu geniessen und in unseren Lieblingsladen hier - Newworld(Supermarkt)unser schwerverdientes Geld auszugeben. Nachdem wir vor zwei Wochen unser Gehalt von Kerifresh bekommen haben, war das fuer uns Grund genug Kerikeri zuverlassen und den naechst besten Bus nach Auckland zu nehmen. In Auckland checkten wir fuer drei Tage im Hotel de Brett (der Name sagt einiges ueber den Komfort des Hostels) ein, um uns dann auf die Suche nach einen guenstigen Van zu machen. Nachdem wir erfolgreich die Kiwipicksaison beendet hatten, wollten wir eigentlich nach einen langen freien Wochenende mit dem Pruning in Tauranga beginnen. Aber es kam mal wieder alles anderes! Saturday, March 25, 2006. Wir haben es geschafft! Nach Tagen, Wochen, Monaten, (gefühlten Jahren), haben wir es endlich hinter uns. Nach mehr oder weniger aufregenden Verteidigungen sind wir nun endlich im Besitz unseres ersten akademischen Grades, und das mit, Zitat Prof. Frank, "Prädikat sehr gut" ;-). Jetzt kanns ans Entspannen bzw Vorbereiten unserer Abschiedsfeier gehen. Die findet übrigens am 01.04. in der Schwemme in Leipzig statt, nur mal so nebenbei ;-). Also dann, bis bald.
