February 2011
http://margmaiz.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 27, 2011. A few muffins, veggie schnitzel, and about a thousand cups of coffee. To avoid going stir crazy, we popped into a few of the committee meetings to see what the kids were up to all day. A highlight was standing in on guest speaker Shai Agassi. Who is spear-heading the movement to make electric cars a reality in Israel and then the rest of the world. Mr. Agassi was so inspiring. And to think, he's been named one of Time's. Now that gives me hope. Thursday, February 24, 2011.

Patrick Nolan, the Rock Hudson to my Doris Day, has started his own blog. PJ, if anyone should have a blog, it's you. I should scold you for taking way too long to jump on the bandwagon, but instead I'll just welcome you with open arms. 171;« Newer Post. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Thursday, December 30, 2010. For some more shots from the wedding. It's a big day. She's my best friend, my other half, the light of my life, my Hinjew sister from another mister. Aside from my actual sister, no one on this Earth can make me laugh as hard as her. Puj, we're been through a lot. At times it's like you know me better than I know myself. Thanks for always keeping it real. 2011 will be a big year for us. Get excited. Freshman year. we look like babies. If you're in DC. But that's not the poin...

Thursday, January 27, 2011. Treasures found on StumbleUpon today. The 11th graders all left school today to go to some show, taking with them all of our favorite teachers. Therefore, Rolan and I found ourselves at school at 9am with absolutely nothing to do for the rest of the day. So, we decided to come home, watch the Australian Open, make popcorn and pass hours on StumbleUpon. Here are some of the highlights:. The city of Buffalo, New York. Which is used as a noun adjunct. Are intimidating to bison.

Wednesday, March 23, 2011. I left my heart in Israel. I woke up this morning to the devastating news that multiple rockets and missiles launched from Gaza have landed in Ashdod and surrounding areas, injuring many and killing one man in Be'er Sheva. Additionally, a bomb that went off outside of the central bus station in Jerusalem killed one woman and injured 50. Being this scared should never be a normal thing. To read more information on the attacks in Ashdod and Be'er Sheva, go here. Hi Margaux, I jus...

Wednesday, March 9, 2011. I see the depression and separation anxiety setting in in 3. 2. 1. But, my favorite perky red head Sarah has helped to ease the pain. Yesterday was my birthday (26—WTF? And among the multiple Facebook posts that I received, my absolute favorite wasn't even a happy birthday wish, but a picture that she posted. Sarah, this totally made my day. Thank you! 171;« Newer Post. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Follow me as i document my adventures abroad (and at home).

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. My first week at school: A Retrospective. Where is a better place to live, the US or Israel? Do you remember what it was like to be in New York on September 11? What do you think of global warming? What do other countries think of Israel? How is this school different from your school in the US? Teachers, volunteers, celebrities. Things I love right now. Willow Smith and this choreography. One day I strive to be as fierce as the 9 year old in the pink leotard. I've got to get ...
