Haflingers are small draft horses originally from Austria and generally bred for driving, endurance riding, dressage, vaulting, and therapeutic riding. Haflingers are gentle mannered with amazing personalities which cause this breed to become just like family pets. Last but not least are the St Croix and Katahdin Sheep. These sheep are a hair sheep which are bred specifically for their great cuts of meat.
