Monday, May 11, 2015. Penelope the Boy Cat. For Lydia's 5th birthday I knew I wanted to get her a kitty. We had finally moved into our first house in March so it worked out perfectly! Yes, I'm allergic, but I loved kitties growing up and I wanted Lydia to be able to have one of her own. I found this kitty through a friend and they didn't have any girls. only 2 boys. Lydia was VERY adamant about wanting a girl cat so we just told her it was a girl (even though it was a boy). September 26, 2008.

Thursday, April 30, 2015. Usually for Easter I buy the girls' cute new dresses for church and we get all dolled up! WELL this year since it was on conference Sunday I kind of didn't do any of that haha. We had also just moved into our new house a month prior to this so we have been busy! Easter weekend Adam's family was able to come visit and STAY in our new house! I cooked a big Easter dinner (and a ham! For the first time and I'm pretty proud of being able to pull it off :).
