My Robot and Other Stuff: August 2015
http://myrobotnstuff.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
My Robot and Other Stuff. This is the blog of Nick Fryer. I am a 36-year-old maker with a keen interest in how Robotics could be used to help disabled people. I also suffer from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, I hope one day to develop a powered exoskeleton that would give people greater mobility than a wheelchair. This blog has recently been hijacked by Nick's identical twin brother Chris - he also has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Tuesday, 11 August 2015. Does Donald Trump Really Tell the Truth? He denies ...

https://matt.bionicmessage.net/blog/2013/05/19/Show%20and%20tell:%20Networked%20LPC1768%20platform%20
Show and tell: Networked LPC1768 platform. Sun 19 May 2013 09:17:47. For the past 18 months I've been playing with the NXP LPC1768 - a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 CPU. I started with the mbed. And then the LPCXpresso. And now my own board. The driver throughout has been to produce a network-connected display - potential uses include a control panel for home automation, NFC access control or payments and more. Early prototypes were a little messy. The next step was a breakout board which I did in Eagle:. After l...

Capn's Tech Blog: February 2010
http://capnstech.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Mitch's writings about being a hacker, and the tech projects he's working on. Friday, February 26, 2010. International Space Station radio link-up. I just had a lovely evening at my kids' primary school. A group of staff, parents and amateur radio enthusiasts have worked for months to organise a very special event: A radio link-up with the international space station. To talk to the ISS, some local amateur radio enthusiasts hooked a phone line up to the PA, and this phone line went to Shane Lynd. He said...

Mitch's writings about being a hacker, and the tech projects he's working on. Tuesday, November 23, 2010. USB Doodad 5: Working USB. Now that I know the processor on the Doodad is working, I want to try out USB. As we'll be using a software USB library, it's important that we test this out as soon as possible, in case we need to make circuit changes, or it's unreliable, or it just doesn't work at all. The software USB stack we want to use is called V-USB:. Http:/ www.obdev.at/products/vusb. V-USB comes w...

Capn's Tech Blog: Making PCBs using the toner transfer method
http://capnstech.blogspot.com/2010/10/making-pcbs-using-toner-transfer-method.html
Mitch's writings about being a hacker, and the tech projects he's working on. Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Making PCBs using the toner transfer method. Last year the folk at CCHS. Did some work on producing PCBs using the photo resist method. Because I don't have a UV box, and because I'd rather not keep buying UV sensitised PCB, I have been looking at the "toner transfer" method. Http:/ www.riccibitti.com/pcb/pcb.htm. I think I'll look into getting a laminating machine. More results to follow. Pcb aluminu...

How To (do something). Index of all pages. I have only ever registered domain names directly related to my business. But from time to time those projects, products or partnerships finish up.
