CHICKEN ROAST - BENGALI STYLE. 6 legs of chicken. 1 1/2 cup of onions sliced. 2 cups oil or clarified butter. 1 1/2 cup of yogurt. 2 tbsp coriander powder. 1 tsp chilli powder. 1/4 tsp Mace powder. 1/2 tsp cinamon powder or piece of 2 cm crushed. 1 tbsp lemon juice. Black pepper 1/2 tsp. Musturd powder 1/2 tsp. Bread crumbs as required. Purpose flour 1/4 cup. Eggs 2 Milk 1/2 cup. Black pepper 1/2 tsp. Corn flour 2 tbsp. Baking powder 1/2 tsp. Cut chicken breast in 2 inch long pieces. Add salt, black pepper, musturd powder and leave marination for an hour and keep aside. Take a bowl add purpose flour, eggs, corn flour, backing powder, milk, oil, salt, black pepper and water. Now dip marinated chicken in batter and deep fry till golden brown. Chicken cubes 250 gm.
