Life with 5 girls and a boy. Monday, September 14, 2009. This is my dearest Grandpa! Smart as a whip, healthy as a horse.and I love him more than I can express. His goal is to live at least to 100 years of age, just like his mom did. If anyone can do it, he can! Did you know this guy had his own BIG BAND for 70 years, playing his saxophone for thousands of dances? He was even featured on 60 Minutes! I wish you the happiest of birthdays, Grandpa! Monday, January 31, 2011. So I have always LOVED winter, okay that was before I had kids. Now that I have kids it is really hard for me to even like winter at all. Thursday, March 18, 2010. Dusty and I went on a cruise to the Caribbean earlier this month and it was such a blast! We sailed on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas and that ship was awesome! We went with Mont and Britt and 7 other couples that we had never met. kind of crazy but they were a lot fun and we all became friends pretty fast. Sunday, November 21, 2010. The rest of October. We took the family to see Mady in Thriller! Mady couldn't wear her costume outside so she just came out to say hi to everyone before she got ready. Sunday, January 31, 2010. And since my kids also love to create things I thought this would be a fun activity for them to do. We made tons of heart shaped sugar cookies (all different sizes) and then the kids had a great time making all sorts of animals and bugs with them. The only bad thing about this was that no one was allowed to eat the creations. boo. Good thing we had extra cookies!
