As for the rest of the family, Blake was getting sick with tonsillitis. Every 3-4 weeks for months and in January (after insurance kicked in again) we got his tonsils out. Thursday, August 19, 2010. It has been a monthly thing for us this summer and we can't seem to get enough of it. The kids absolutely love it and we are making lots of fun family memories. San Clemente was our latest adventure. We go every year and it seems that every year our group is expanding. Pretty soon Orangeview Church of Christ will be reserving the entire campground. It was so much fun! The Hansen and Austin kids. There were dolphins swimming really close and around people. Sooo Cool!

Saturday, October 2, 2010. We also picked peaches and apples. It was a pretty warm day outside and we did a lot of walking around, but it was a fun outing and the kids love picking their own fruit. Papa was a big help in picking the raspberries. The basket is almost full! The kids under the apple tree. They loved feeding the horses apples. Amanda feeding the horse. Walking to another orchard. Saturday, July 24, 2010. Camping in Lee Vining. The kids at Saddlebag lake. Blake and Delaney fishing. All the kids hanging out. Playing in the snow. Lauren found a little piece of a broken sled and was sliding down the hill. Lauren, Amanda and Carley. The tree with bear claw marks. We're all huddled together eating dinner in the rain. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Easter and all that fun stuff! The day before Easter Chelsea and I took the kids to a couple of Easter egg hunts. The kids had a GREAT time and Jack even won a huge easter basket full of stuff and a big stuffed easter bunny. That evening we met Stan and Ivy for dinner. After dinner we came back to the house and they brought easter bags with lots of goodies for the kids. Of course, the kids LOVE the fun gifts. There favorite being the giant lollipop! Tuesday, June 30, 2009. A little summer fun, so far. With the weather getting hot, we are finding ourselves spending more time outside in the water and finally getting a little beach time. I love the sunshine. It makes me happy to get up in the morning and it also gives us so many options on what we can do with our day.
