SO it's been an entire week since my last post! I ran both Monday and Wednesday each day feeling like I was making some progress and improving the distance I'm able to run! Monday I ran 1.6 miles before I had to walk, but Wednesday I was able to go 2.1 miles! I know it's not much, but it is improving! My last run was really last Wednesday!

I don't know if it's the crispness in the air, the crunchy leaves under my feet, that one Sunday where we gain an hour of sleep, or the fact that Thanksgiving comes and Christmas is close behind. Whatever it is exactly, this is definitely my most favorite time of the year. I think this is something we will continue to do every year. I love the tree! A bowl of Ready Brek with skimmed milk 1/4 teaspoon of unrefined sugar. 2/3 cup of tea.
