This Is How We Do It. Rants and Ramblings from an Unschooling Mom. December 14, 2009. It has been way too long. It’s hard to believe that I haven’t written a post here since May. Incredible! I feel as though my life has just gone crazy in the last several months and I barely have time to think let alone come up with a post. But it’s important to maintain a record so I will try and fill in the blanks! Laquo; Blast from the past. I think I might actually cry. Evie, what a wonderful post! Iain and Ryan are ...

This Is How We Do It. Rants and Ramblings from an Unschooling Mom. February 7, 2009. That’s a wrap. Truth be told, I’m pretty terrible in those situations and don’t handle myself well. Sean had to tell me more than once to calm down so thank goodness he was here or else the kids could have been mentally scarred by the whole experience. Laquo; Our First Day With Unit Studies. Sounds great minus the crashing, head hitting, freaking out part. Glad that monkey is ok! On February 7, 2009. Hi there Evie,.

JOY | This Is How We Do It
https://eviecurley.wordpress.com/2009/01/13/joy
This Is How We Do It. Rants and Ramblings from an Unschooling Mom. January 13, 2009. We have had some joyful moments here lately. First, Ryan lost his first baby tooth and then had a lucrative visit from the tooth fairy. Then today, we headed down to one of the parks in our neighborhood and he overcame some fears while we were there. Take a look:. The look on his face just warms my heart. Then, even scarier than the 12ft slide was the (bum, bum, bum) See-Saw! Oh how he laughed, and laughed! We are so for...

Wistful Wanderlust: Another Reason to Unschool
http://piscesgrrrl.blogspot.com/2009/09/another-reason-to-unschool.html
Unschooling in Cornfield Country. Thursday, October 01, 2009. Another Reason to Unschool. In July, Jonathan turned 13. One of the gifts he received from a friend was juggling balls and a homemade instructional DVD of his friend demonstrating and explaining some basic juggling moves. Jonathan was thrilled. He practiced diligently. He consulted his friend Eli for help whenever he got stuck, or whenever he was ready to learn a new trick. What does juggling have to do with unschooling? Well done to Jonathon!

Unschooling in Cornfield Country. Wednesday, September 30, 2009. I Brake for Yard Sales. Listen carefully, I have some very important advice for you. You must - MUST - stop at yard sales. You never - NEVER - know what you'll find. A beautiful antique floor lamp, a backpack, a decorative candle. Two goofy costumes made out of cardboard and paint. And that'd just be a real shame. The socks are a nice touch. :-). October 01, 2009 1:29 PM. LOL Ronnie - I hadnt noticed that! October 02, 2009 1:16 PM. Unschool...

Thursday, June 7, 2012. A review and a pic of yours truly. You can see from the photo that the turkey sausage is not particularly photogenic, however, it was actually pretty good! Today I decided to have my oldest take a pic of me so once I reach my goal, I have something to look back on as motivation to keep working hard. So, here I am. All 5'3", 201lbs of me:. I have a medley of songs by them Lady GaGa and Madonna on a playlist and it makes the treadmill time just fly right by! Year of living better.
