Just another WordPress.com site. Oh-mazing Oats and Greek Yogurt Secrets. Oopah! Firstly a healthy breakfast Parfait for you or the kids:. 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek Yogurt. 1 TBSP Honey or Granulated Fructose. 1/2 cup plain Oats. Cut up fresh fruit of your choice. Mix honey or fructose into yogurt, mix well. Dress it up for the kids with a smiley face or just throw your oats and fruit in it. Super healthy parfait! My kids loved it. I could tell by the little finger marks at the bottoms of their bowls.
