The Best Days of Our Lives. Thursday, January 31, 2013. End of May always brings about graduation time. May 2012, we travelled to Flagstaff to watch Loni's commencement from NAU's teacher program! So proud of her. Logan and Laycee graduated preschool as well. They were attending a special needs preschool as "peer models". The Best Days of Our Lives. Sunday, June 30, 2013. I got the pasta kitchenaid attachments some time ago and so I tried out my first pasta. a spinach pasta. We each a lot of spinach here given that is it super good for you, high in protein and vitamins. So this was fun to make a spinach pasta. We mixed it with some grilled veggies and pesto. YUM YUM! We debated about what to put in but ultimately, it came down to what I could afford and get done in one week. We finally finished painting too and one morning I woke up to this sweet note from Dave.
