Wednesday, September 3, 2008. Gonna get me a whole big bunch of grapes off a bush, or whatever, an' I'm gonna squash 'em on my face an' let 'em run offen my chin.". Prepping the Grapes for Transport. Here my lovely wife Andrea was helping stack luggs full of grapes in trucks, so we could send them off to the winery for crush. Here you can see some lovely Cabernet Sauvignon that is about to be destemmed and crushed. Bob would be a tall man in El Salvador! Jacinto inspecting the situation. And here they are.

This will be a first at HCV, so definitely something worth celebrating! The Merlot is getting crushed as we speak, so let's hope things go smoothly:). Thursday, August 27, 2009.
