Must provide documentation from an accredited medical source that the client is clear of: Tuberculosis, Hepatitis A, B and C, HIV/AIDS, and all STDs’ within 90 days. Must have a state issued ID. Must not be court mandated or have legal or medical issues that would prohibit completion of the 16 week program. Must not have a co-occurring disorder.
