Harsha Reunion - 2009. On the 4th of July 2009. The descendants of James C. Harsha and Stella Lewis Harsha are having a reunion at the Oglebay Resort. In Wheeling, West Virginia. And. hey! Oglebay Resort is 100 year-old resort with a main lodge and dozens of cottages on over 1700 acres. Resort activites include tennis, golf, putt-putt, fishing, swimming, horseback riding and more.
