Ponytails and Paradise: February 2012
http://ponytailsandparadise.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 29, 2012. My girls ask me lots of questions, some of which need decoding. One such question went about like this: "Mom, are we going to Raja? Now my first thought was that Rain was referring to the tiger from Aladdin, which didn't make sense because I didn't think my girls had seen that movie yet. Then it clicked.Russia, pronounced in exotic, childish, parroting of what has been tossed about a lot as of late. This is our story. And he hath said that:. As ye shall keep my. Now for the ...

Thornley Family: It was just time....
http://jeremyandsallythornley.blogspot.com/2010/09/it-was-just-time.html
Friday, September 3, 2010. It was just time. Weston has such a cute little face, but the hair was starting to get a little out of control so we decided it was time for a hair cut. He didn't seem to mind it at first when he was in the high chair, but then when we took him out to get to the back of his head he sure didn't like it one bit! And what was Miles doing while his brother was being tortured -er I mean getting his hair cut? If I could let it get that long once, why not again huh? He sure is a good ...

Haderlie Family: Trip to D.C. in December
http://dahaderlie.blogspot.com/2013/05/trip-to-dc-in-december.html
The adventures of the Haderlie Fam! Sunday, May 5, 2013. Trip to D.C. in December. In December we went to D.C. with my sister Heather and her husband Brett. It was a lot of fun to see all the sights and Derek and I were able to go to the D.C. temple, which was great since we now live 41/2 hours from the temple and don't get to go to the temple as often as we did in Rexburg. This room was really cool; the entire room was covered in photographs. She got bored with all the dead animals:). Make It and Love It.

Abbott Haven: August 2010
http://abbotthaven.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Unfortunately, I have no big news to share. Our situation is pretty much the same as it was before. We seem to be in a holding pattern, but we have hope it will change for the better soon. In the meantime, I thought I would share one of the random moments of our lives. I guess I could have made spinach omelets but ,oddly enough, I have no idea how and was too lazy to look up a recipe. Last night, however, did not go as planned. The slight sweetness of the rice and what was left ...

Thornley Family: April 2010
http://jeremyandsallythornley.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 18, 2010. We thought maybe he had chicken pox or something, but after consulting with our doctor we have decided he must be allergic to penicillin. I guess he takes after his Momma. The poor thing though! I just feel so bad for him. He actually broke out even more since then. This is what his face looked last night when he was going to bed:. I need to take a picture of him in just his diaper cuz it is so bad all over him now! The doctor said it could take a week to clear up! Of course the w...

Abbott Haven: August 2011
http://abbotthaven.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 3, 2011. I've missed a lot of updating the last few months. I even missed Ethan's birthday last May, so here's a little summary (and then lots of pictures). OK, the koala's a bit much, but I've always thought they were really cool. We had cupcakes (gluten-free but tasty! Sang Happy Birthday and helped the little man open his presents. He loved everything, as much as a two-year old can, and I loved his clothes! He's slowly getting to the point where he can wear all of them! I really have...

Abbott Haven: November 2010
http://abbotthaven.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 23, 2010. I could just talk about everything that I'm grateful for, but I don't think anyone would have the time to read it. Ethan certainly wouldn't give me the time to write it. But we do have good news! Derek got a job! He was hired the day after my last post, so our hope was well placed. The hours are good, he always. Gets Sundays off, he's home in the evening and he makes enough that we should be caught up with our finances hopefully around Christmas. Yippee! I wish I could record ...

http://dahaderlie.blogspot.com/2013/09/crazy-busy-summer.html
The adventures of the Haderlie Fam! Wednesday, September 11, 2013. This is our last time at the pool at our old apartment. We got to stop in Indiana and stay with our friends Whit and Andre Ann on our way to Idaho. While Derek and Whit went camping Andre Ann and I took the kids to the zoo. We also got to stop and see our friends Luke and Mary. We took the kids to Thanksgiving Point; Hallie loved riding on the horse. We went with Derek's family to Ross Park and the girls loved swimming in the kiddy pool.

Ponytails and Paradise: March 2012
http://ponytailsandparadise.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 24, 2012. 5 Weeks and a Tooth. Today marks Week Number 5! They can fit about 35 head on one truck. Do the math, and they unloaded about 80 trucks at their farm for about 48 hours without stopping to sleep. They sorted the sick, lame, or bad eye cows out and doctored them in the chutes. Then they were all sorted into pens of about 350. Things on the homefront are progressing slowly: breakfast, schoolwork, scriptures, lunch, naptime, playtime, dinner, storytime, bedtime, laundry, cleaning, ...
